So, I estimated my weight last week. Based on today’s weight, I probably over estimated. Whichever weight is correct (178.4 or 182.4)-feel good that I lost weight😀

Big non-exercise plan for the afternoon is to declutter my clothes. I am going to try the Marie Kondo approach -- all clothes out on the bed, and then only keep things that I spark joy. Should be interesting!2 -
