    @tlgale I bought the dates to curb the chocholate/sugar craving.. Stupid me didnt look them over. I just grabbed the first ones I saw. I was so hungry I ripped them open in the car which I would never do lol...hate eating in the car..and they were immersed in a sugar coating. Looked at the bag there were 26 grams of sugar per serving. I think I'll try to make muffins out of them so not to waste..but when I go back to the store will find some raw dates if they exist.

    @aroze0928 yep disney this year....I'm so excited as always. Love coming to the USA.

    Already planning our days out don't go to end of July lol.

    Anyway i plan to be 2 stone lighter by then

    Exercise: Yes, 10k steps and 40 squats hi aroze0928 they aren't the best but does get the old ticker beating and helps when I don't do a heavy day walking only just hit the 10k
    Goals or Day: the next couple of weeks looks like is going to be busy on the roads not good but has to be done I guess. have a good Friday everyone

    So I looked it up 1 stone is 14 pounds
    Wonder why weight is measured in stones. Its weird. Anyway 28 pounds is doable by the end of July. Are you going anywhere new that you havent seen yet?

    Let me just tell you. My legs are killing me from the squats. I use the weight machines at the gym and am fine the next day. Those squats are killer..what else you got up your sleeve to whip us in shape 😆

    Oh, honey. I feel your pain. It feels like my family should just lock the door and quarrantine ourselves in this winter. Every couple of days, someone else is getting some sort of ick. I'll be thinking happy thoughts for you.

    Oh thank you. You as well! We're having strept throat go right thru my daughter's class. She had it during Xmas break and a lot of the kids are still out. So We're bound to catch all that

    That sounds good. Had some old friends who moved to clearwater they love it.
    Thanks for asking Its not going well now I got my husband sick. So we're just 2 sickies hanging around the house. Doesn't make for an exciting weekend.

    I'm not giving up! Ok, for real this week getting back on track. If I don't I'm joining Jenny Craig or Weight Watcher's for help.

    I'm in cubicle land now. However, the hospital is bigger, so I can try to walk more. Plus there is a small walk path in the basement of hospital. No gym anymore though. I'm not giving up though.
