Mid-day update:
We are supposed to have rain today and snow tomorrow so I went to the mountain this morning and hiked the lakeside trail before the weather went all the way down hill. I could burn 500 calories faster at a group exercise class, but sometimes I feel like being alone with the deer.
I have had coffee and cream today. I guess now would be a good time to eat.1 -

Thursday meals during the day were ok then I came home and found some chocolates left over from Christmas, so I had one, then two, then the rest!!! Also went out for dinner - although we did walk there and back! Was better yesterday with sensible meal choices all day. Today hasn't been too bad, although I am feeling rebellious and looking for any excuse to eat between meals! Probably need more sleep as I've had to do extra hours at work today and fell asleep this afternoon. Possibly why I'm looking for any junk food to eat! How does everyone cope when you have the urge to eat rubbishy food? My self control isn't that good!!!0

Not feeling great about weigh in tomorrow. I ate at maintenance most of this week. I was hungry when I ate and I finally stopped coughing so maybe I needed it, but I don't want to weigh in tomorrow. I just don't.
In other news, I have scheduled my colonoscopy for the first Monday in February because hubby will be home and available to drive me. I hate the thought of it, but my dad has had 100+ polyps removed and because I work for the cancer docs I know that undetected colon cancer is one of the worst kinds so I am doing it.
If you are around my age (50) and haven't had one, get it done. I nag about the preventive stuff, but it won't do you any good to lose the fat if you're ignoring the rest of your body.4 -
checking in . I had a good day yesterday, not Friday. I had to make up for Friday evening. Anyway, I need to be really good for tomorrow is report in day.3
