    No loss kind of bummed out about that.
    Going to blame being sick I guess.
    Really stressed and going thru a miserable week of insomnia, but I'm heading to the gym. Its Friday and I know with the kids home I won't get there over the weekend.

    Working nights again. Last night went great! I did an hour Leslie Sansone video and walked around the hospital some. By the time I left I have almost 9,000 steps. I plan to do the same tonight. Then I might get on treadmill for 30minutes once I wake up later on Saturday. I'm not giving up! Plus, having support from MFP I feel less alone.

    At work days today Sunday. In cubicle land. No body here on weekends in administration building. New hospital there is only soups and grab in go in cafeteria on weekends. The sandwiches cost $6.00. Another new way to show your weekend staff how insignificant they are. Fortunately, I can leave and go get something to eat. If I was still a floor nurse it would be more difficult to leave. I would have to bring my lunch or be forced to buy a high priced sandwich on weekend. Oh well, that's life. You keep your mouth shut and smile. Then vent at work with the lower people like myself in private.

    I plan to exercise at my desk and use the walk path in the basement.

    @aroze0928 Me too! I eat out of stress. If I get stressed I just start chowing down. I started back tracking today. I only last two days with tracking. I'm going to try hard this week to last longer. If I track I lose weight great. I'm just inconsistent with tracking, so my weight is inconsistent too.

    I'm not giving up though. I want to be out of the 200 club by May or sooner.
