She did well in her first performance with this company. It was a small role (as most starting roles tend to be), but she carried it off well and this should set her up for larger roles later on.1 -

Sorry i posted late, was suppose to post Monday, However, I was out of town. Gained a little water weight... i suspect...from working out a lot more. Hopefully it will show on the scale next week.2 -

Tracked: No. I've really got to buckle down on this.
Calories: Somewhere around maintenance I suspect. That's been my MO lately
Exercise: Yes. Strength training for 20 min, plus one mile on the treadmill. Since breathing is still hard, I've been focusing on strength, but since I had the time and the little dudes were reasonably ok (i.e. I could hear thudding sounds upstairs but no crying) I walked a bit then tried about 1/4 mile at a 5mph pace. It was fine.2 -

Just wanted to share that I hit 149 today (it’s not my weigh in day, sadly!) and I haven’t been in the “40s” for four years! This is a huge goal of mine, so thanks for the motivation to make it happen! 😊5

Finally on the mend (second round of antibiotics) in the frigid midwestern temps, 3rd day of no school for kids! Wind chills in the negative -40s?! This wasn’t my month, but staying honest and continued logging is still a step forward vs. quitting! Time to set goals for FEB!2 -
