I really lost motivation after busting by butt last week and barely losing anything. Haven’t tracked all week. Only worked out twice. I guess considering all of that, a half-pound gain isn’t terrible 🤷🏻♂️
I’ll get back at it Sunday. 4 weeks until Jamaica and I want to be out of the 250s before I leave1 -

166.4 this morning. 165ish last week. Although I’m up from last week, still not giving up. Still focusing on portions, protein, and eating more vegetables. I’m hoping for a loss next week. I feel like my body weight has roller coastered so much over these past few weeks. I would really like to be 155lbs before March. Send prayers please!5 -
