    I was only out 100 cals. Exercise has been on the lower end since this crazy snow started.

    We just got almost 9 inches and are headed for crazy low wind chills here. I counted my shoveling as exercise.

    I did shovel once but it didn't matter to my over all overage, but yesterday's definitley helped me out. 1 hour of shoveling, absolutley insane... had to stop because there was literally no more space on my property to continue shoveling the snow on too. The snow hills are taller then me

    A gain I'm afraid. We decided to go away to the beach for an impromptu getaway before the kids go back to school on the 4th. And I wasn't careful. Oh well.

    Couldn’t eat my dinner at home tonight. Septic tank totally failed and we had to pack up and take the kids to the grandparents house. It’s going to be challenging eating healthy and under calories until this is fixed.

    The wind chills here are dangerous and businesses closed left and right. That includes the school district (which i work at) and my gym. I started to do an exercise video but ended up on the couch with my kids and grandson watching movies. Schools are closed tomorrow too but i WILL get moving.

    I really lost motivation after busting by butt last week and barely losing anything. Haven’t tracked all week. Only worked out twice. I guess considering all of that, a half-pound gain isn’t terrible 🤷🏻‍♂️
    I’ll get back at it Sunday. 4 weeks until Jamaica and I want to be out of the 250s before I leave
