I can be a back-up stepper. I’ve only just started tracking steps and am not entirely reliable, probably avaerage about 5000 a day - higher on days I intentionally go for a long walk, lower on days when I do yoga or for my exercise.0

Today was a great day to sleep in! My sweet pup snuggled with me till 9 AM!
I am about to start food prep. Photos to follow.
I was not very active on the board yesterday. I did a 5k yesterday am. My time sucked....
Then last night, my BF and her 3 year old daughter came over for dinner. That was the chocolate cake she brought going down the garbage disposal.
What does everyone else have going on today???

I went grocery shopping for the week, came home, went to gym, came home, went to church, came home and stayed home for the rest of the day! Watching the Superbowl🏈🏈🏈 now and getting ready for the week!!😘 Have a great night!0 -

Had a good week overall last week.
Goals for this week:
1. Be more active on this thread: I hate how my groups are hidden and I don't get notifications unless im on the group page I had a hard time finding it lol. but now that I got it will stick with it
2. Meal prep and stay on track: I work 7on/7off usually when im on I meal prep everything and have a great week. Then when im off its like an extended weekend and I struggle. I will make it a point to at least plan meals for the week so I don't back track. Will also try and hit 90oz water a day which is also hard when I don't have my water bottle sitting in front of me
3. Activity: again bc i'll be home will make it a point to move more during the day. 5 workouts this week and 1 extra competition training is my goal.

TEAM LEADERSHIP CHANGE
As many of you know, Greg aka @Navydaddjtc, Captain of Workout Warriors and Mod, has been ill the last few weeks. He will be having surgery in the near future and has asked for help.
Our @melissafeagins has stepped up and agreed to captain the Warriors in Greg’s absence. Let’s all give a big shout out to Melissa for stepping up to the plate and helping our sister team!!!
