    Goals or day: Very long and busy day!!!...was really going back and forth on whether to cuddle under bed covers or exercise...EXERCISING won but it was a struggle 😧

    Maintained this week, and I'm fine with that. I'm out of my mental health funk for the time being, and ready to kick some booty.

    I haven't felt well at all today. The only thing been able to eat is chicken noodle soup and body aches too much for excercise. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.

    Exercise: none
    Goals or day: slept late (was great cause I don't get to do it often), visited my aunt at the hospital for a while (she had surgery on her arm) and got my son early from daycare because he is sick. Was a good day...just not for food or exercise!

    Another day of being sick. No exercising or calories tracking done today. Food has only been a bit of chicken noodle soup and orange juice. Hopefully soon I'll be back to normal 🤒
