    I was dreading getting on scale, but I did it. No significant loss, but no significant gain, so I'm not starting over. I plan to do daily tracking in this group this week. I'm going to evaluate if that makes a difference in my next weigh in. Gosh, March is almost here!

    @Toyota100 Great job!! It might not be a huge amount but every little bit counts!
    Hope doing the daily posts work out for you...a lot of people find them motivating. :smile:

    Would have liked it to be 2lb lost rather than 1, but a loss is a loss so I’ll take it.

    I went over my calories by 500, but then I did work out to cover the difference which left me with a 100 calorie overage. So not too bad! Proud of myself for trying to make up for eating too much

    Thank you! I finally got back into the 150s since Sunday. So I'm happy with progress. It's a slow go and I know from experience you just have to keep going and hopefully the good days outweigh the bad.

    Are you a professional driver? I always think it’s a lot harder to control what you eat if you’re not at home.

    Hi GEPG I am for my sins, the vehicles change but finding healthy food during out of hours is a nightmare. And not having normal working hours and being an insomniac just makes it even harder. Do you have the same problems

    Thank you tlgale I had a better Monday but still behind for February. Should be in office Tuesday and Wednesday fingers crossed.

    After losing barely anything the last 2 weeks...this 2.4lbs feels like a huge victory. Yesterday I finally got back on the treadmill and actually ran too. Forgot how that felt and am going to get back on it today. Waiting for this snowstorm to start, making a big pot of Chicken chili in my slowcooker. I also started some strength exercises yesterday too. Hope everyone has a fabulous week.
