    I hear you on the rain. We have flooding all around. I have to work out after a long day as well. Since I know you will be doing it that will help me stay motivated. Thanks for sharing!!

    What is everyone eating today?
    I had 2 cups of coffee this morning
    I just finished up lunch. Chicken tenderloins marinated in pickle juice (with 2 pickles). Shredded cheese and hot sauce. It was delicious.

    I had some Greek yoghurt with fruit for breakfast, a pasta mugshot for lunch and beef stir fry for dinner. All v tasty!

    In true British style I'm looking forward to a cup of tea soon and my bed. Shame its only 6pm :D

    I'm out of town for a work training, so I'm having to eat out and try to make good choices. I had coffee, English muffin and cottage cheese for breakfast, vegetable and tofu pad thai for lunch and we are going to an oyster bar for dinner. Not sure what I'll eat there, but it wont be anything fried.

    I had my normal eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast.
    For lunch I had leftover salmon and a salad. Yummy!
    For supper I am having peppered steak. It’s loaded with mushrooms, all kinds of peppers and onions. One of my favourite meals I make.
