Lost my momentum and everything. Over-indulged on everything! winter, family drama and a bit of S.A.D.
This week I will be back at it! Scale says up 3.3 pounds. Can’t be fat-right? Ugg!

@empire5 Awesome!
@Honey5 Yeah, tracking makes all the difference in the world! You can see exactly where you went wrong if you're doing it right.
@cindyk4919 & @over_oxers last night was my OMG what did I just do moment too??!!! Guess we just drink some water and get rid of the excess sodium and start over again. Back to it!1 -
Daily Post Sunday 17th
Track: Kind of......
Calories: I think so......
Exercise: Marshalled at a friend's trail race, so walked a lot.
Comments:
My father's terminal illness may be coming to an end in the next few days.
My dad is my hero, my idol, my voice of reason, my rock.❤
I'm hoping to see this challenge through as being part of this has given me some much needed focus and escape during dark times.
However, tomorrow is another day and I have no idea what lies ahead or how I may feel when the moment comes.😭6 -

Goal: stay on track and work towards a loss for next week!
I have been bad at doing a daily post! I go into work at 10pm on weekdays, and I eat my dinner there. I also at times exercise when I get home at 6a. I never know how my day went until , well, the next day! I'm going to try to do better with daily posts because I am happy to be part of this team.2 -

Considering the struggle last week this is almost momentous! Then again I used another scale last weekend, so maybe that was it0 -

I ate too many exercise calories, extra sodium and am turning fat into muscle. I'm disappointed that I let the team down, but am not discouraged with this gain. Onward and upward.0 -

I thought for sure I posted my weigh-in last week for 2/4/19, but I can't find it on this thread. So here it is (again?):
User = evangsimmons170
Week = 1
Weigh-in Day = Monday (2/4/19)
Previous Weight = 347.2 (as of 1/28/19)
Current Weight = 342.2
WEIGH-IN:
User = evangsimmons170
Week = 3
Weigh-in Day = Monday (2/18/19)
Previous Weight = 338.8
Current Weight = 346.6 (Unfortunately, that's not a typo)
Comment: Note to self...little to no exercise + eating out multiple times = a huge weight/water gain, the return of back pain, and the need for meds to alleviate said pain. But in an effort to put a positive spin on such dismal choices and results, this week has taught me that I don't like the lazy, complacent, non-exercising me. I had not realized until this week exactly how much better I was feeling physically with the 22 lb weight loss (as of last Monday). More importantly, I did not realize until this week how much better I was feeling emotionally. Consistent exercise and healthy eating really does keep the negative self-talk, depression, and aching back and joints at bay. This is who I have become now. My takeaway from this past week: THERE'S NO GOING BACK TO THE OLD ME! One really huge celebration (which was probably over the top but felt so right) is that I went on a shopping spree. That made me decide that I need to plan my rewards for every 25 lbs. So the shopping spree was a bit premature, so I'll wait until I hit my 50 lb lost mark before I buy that wonderful bottle of parfume; it's a new fragrance from Eternity called Flame. It's incredible. The sooner I hit my weight loss goal the sooner that bottle of smell good becomes mine!6 -
@rekvar12 & @benbowers Awesome! WTG you guys!!
@starshine15 no worries! Drinking some water will probably take care of most of that!
@dheliason I can stand on the scale differently and get a +/- .2 reading especially if your scale was dying.
@evangsimmons170 Yeah, it is really just a winning situation. You won't go back to what you were and the exercise that is getting your vascular system and muscles in shape make you feel SO much better. You can really tell that you pay the price when you lapse for a week...keeps you motivated to do more You picked a good incentive reward too! Go you!0 -

Calories: Under
Exercise: Not reeeaaalllyy.... but I did clean the house for 4 hours. It felt like exercise.
I purged my closet on Saturday and filled 6 - 45 gallon bags of clothes, shoes, purses, belts, hats. You would think I would have nothing left in my closet but it is still full.
I should never, ever, ever, ever, ever go shopping for anything again.3 -

Calories: Only just, don't know how!
Exercise: Dog walk.
Comments:
Sadly my dad passed away this afternoon.
It has been a very tough day and my eating has been unhealthy with two trips to McDonald's.
Tomorrow I am back on it! I'll be taking my mum for a walk and then some hill repeat training in the evening.
