Calories: over-we made chocolate covered strawberries for my grandmother's birthday tomorrow and there was A LOT of tasting and spoon licking...and outright chocolate eating....and lots more chocolate eating...and I have NO IDEA the amount of foolishness I have eaten today. It was the 1st time that I have ever just put down quick add calories because I just don't know. Tomorrow isn't going to be much better. I don't know what we are doing for her birthday, only that I am suppose to be there before 4pm...ish., so there is not planning either.

My father's terminal illness may be coming to an end in the next few days.
My dad is my hero, my idol, my voice of reason, my rock.❤
I'm hoping to see this challenge through as being part of this has given me some much needed focus and escape during dark times.
However, tomorrow is another day and I have no idea what lies ahead or how I may feel when the moment comes.😭6 -
