Weekly weigh in (Friday)

I almost didn't want to weigh in this morning, my weight is still fluctuating wildly and I do not know why. I tracked everyday except last Saturday and Sunday (my parents visited) but I do not think that I overindulged.
My calorie goal is set at 1650 kcal- relatively high but I found that I cannot concentrate on work enough if I eat less (and my brain is the only tool I really need for work).
I mainly sit at work but between clients I always stand up (walk to the printer or bathroom or mail room) and always walk to colleagues instead of calling them. I cycle to work but that's only 10 minutes.
I'm also active in my free time, my exercise regime looks as follows:
Monday: functional training 45 minutes (plus warm-up)
Tuesday: free
Wednesday: 5-7k run with colleagues after work
Thursday: Zumba (30 minutes) and Les mills body combat (55 minutes)
Friday: strength training (45 minutes) plus depending on my mood 10-30 Minutes on the bike or some other cardio thing
Saturday: Zumba (60 minutes)
Sunday: 5k run on my own
This are fixed appointments, only Saturday occasionally doesn't happen when we're gone for the weekend, but that's not often. I even went there when my parents visited.
So I'm running out of ideas. Instead of giving up and letting you guys down, I made an appointment with a dietician right after my holiday (12 March). Maybe she has another tip or two for me..2 -

Happy Margarita Day everyone! I am just glad that I have a week before weighing in again after celebrating this one. Everyone knows you can't have margaritas without chips and guacamole!!
