My sons birthday tomorrow. Currently surrounded by cakes, chocolate and sweets for parties and visits. Need to keep it in my head that food is fuel and not go mad. Stay within my calorie intake and get closer to my goal which is 3lbs away and to stay there.2 -

Just being very cautious and letting me eat maintenance this weekend instead of trying to lose weight. I’m perfectly happy discovering I can finish the day satisfied instead of stuffed and sick, and I don’t have to cram everything around me in a certain amount of time because I can eat these foods anytime and whenever. I’m appreciating all that my senses are experiencing and letting myself eat what I want and what makes me truly feel fed and good. While I am far from perfect in my road to recovery, I’m so pleased that I can finally recognize and respect my hunger and satisfied cues.1 -

I'm making bad food choices that push me over my calories. Noticing it’s at bed time. The carbs help me sleep. I need to find a better option. I’m back pushing myself at the gym to compensate for the binge. trying to find balance and change. All a work in progress.1 -

Failed miserably the past three days, being out of routine, surrounded by cakes and not eating meals at the right times led to a full on binge each evening on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday... Lets go again.2 -

I definitely didn’t make it through Sunday and Monday, I did gain weight, and I am still pretty immobile with my broken ankle. BUT it was a HUGE battle for me and I am soooo grateful for the improvements and all the teeny, tiny wins this month. I’m just going to pretend it didn’t happen, keep going, not look back and keep rolling in the momentum of this month. Keep it up team!
