    @rekvar12 yeah, it is really hard to stay under when you can't exercise. I am hating my new job for this and I also can't wait for the time change so that I can go walking without getting shot by a stupid coyote hunter.

    Yesterday I went out with a friend for dinner. I planned out my dinner before I got there but I ate a little more the appetizer than I had planned. I didn't do it bad as I could have but I wish I stayed to the plan. Oh well ... today is a new day.

    I hosted a birthday dinner for my wonderful amazing father. I cooked and ate. There was prime rib, mashed potatoes, carrots and dinner rolls- and pie and ice cream
    Good thing I got to the gym and burned some of them!

    Hey everyone and welcome new members!
    Sorry I haven't been around lately but I spent the week in Portland for a teacher's conference. I love Portland and Voodoo donuts! 🍩Unfortunately, my eating was terrible while I was away and I'm up 3 pounds. So, this week I'm going to focus on my water and eating.
