    Worst weigh-in so far for me. I hope that's because of last week's illness and that I've not lost the ability to shed weight altogether.

    @leni1us I did the same thing one or two days last week. I was SO good and then I had the late night munchies and ruined it all! Tomorrow is the day of truth for me!

    Tracking this week is going to be very hit and miss.

    Sorry, I am going to be quiet for a day or two. My brother ignored a bleeding ulcer and became septic, so he went to ICU this evening. I am at his house watching his kids for a couple of days. My mom is going to come relieve me Thurs. or Friday so I will be back to normal speed by then. I'm still keeping up with what is going on here, just might not be too talkative.

    @benbowers Sorry, I didn't think about you having to travel for the funeral. Yes, it is fine to put off a weigh in. You can even skip a week if needed. You don't get booted unless you miss 2 consecutive weigh ins and don't tell us that you haven't quit. I hope this month is emotionally better for you. I'm dealing with my brother tonight too.

    Up 1.4lb this week. That's the first gain I've had this year. (Damn you Chinese food, damn you you delicious *kitten* ! ) Never mind, it'll be gone by next week! ;)

    Goal: I have had a bad 4 days. Today I plan to eat less than normal to give my body a break. Hopefully by doing this weigh in day wont be as shocking.
