If anyone, like me, is having a hate relationship with the scale this week, this article is a short and fun reminder that scale fluctuations are normal. Didn't present any new information, everything I already knew, but sometimes need a bit of reinforcement and encouragement after a disappointing weigh in! Also going to force myself to log my weight in my happy scale app, even though I'd rather just pretend I didn't weigh myself this morning....
