Hello! New to pretty much everything so bare with me lol. Starting weight for this was 269. Weighed yesterday at 266 so hoping to keep going! Would love the extra motivation and can't wait to see how great everyone does! We got this!3

Ashley has had a couple of requests to edit the spreadsheet and she wanted us to pass along this information. The teams have a captain and sometimes a co-captain who check in each morning to remind team members to record their stats in the format below on their particular weigh-in days. Only the team captains enter the updated results on the spreadsheet each week. We try our best to get them entered as quickly as we can.

Exercised:- Yes, my usual week day 70 mins 'fat burner' treadmill
Calories:- Yes. However, went to the local farmers market and bought a coconut chicken curry for dinner. Halved it for lunch tomorrow but you never really know the calories. BUUUUT.. it was very tasty

So happy that I lost almost 2 pounds in 1 week!
Only wish it was "new" weight loss as opposed to re-losing weight I had re-gained.
It's a viscous cycle!
Need to re-lose 1.4 pounds to get back to my weight of 140.8 pounds on December 19th.
Finally seems doable if I stay on track!8 -

Well a 1/2 pound loss is a loss. I still can tell I have been loosing weight around my waist as my pants feel looser. So I will take a loss in inches over pounds any day. My weight loss goal will most likely change to a 1/2 loss per week instead of a pound a week as my body is getting used to my lower calorie intake and workouts.7 -
