I had a great week this week but since it is my first back on the program I am guessing it's mostly water weight. We will see how these next two weeks, which I am anticipating will be more busy and stressful than usual and have some travel involved!5 -

Day got out of control. Had old friends over for dinner last night and overindulged on Pizza and ice-cream. Was pretty active with housework and babysitting. I'm determined to lose the weight for my son's wedding in July and our European vacation in August.3 -
Wow! You have two wonderful events coming up, @Colleen790! That's so great. I'm looking forward to my youngest son's wedding, but first, we have to find the girl! LOL!2

I've been sick for over a week now with a virus. Managed to get my first 20 minute walk in for ages, and went to my daughters swimming class today (I was in the pool but head not getting wet). We got free pizza today (thankfully just a limit of one). So my weight is the same as last week but that's OK. Hoping to get better soon3

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No but it was a super super busy day on my feet up til literally just a little bit ago and it's almost 11pm here so...lol...got a good bit of steps in for sure!! Haha
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, surprisingly bc I feel like I ate like a pig today lol (clean eating but still lol)

Hi Gutbusters, I'm Emma, 36 and in London, UK. I've been in this group since October 2017, when I went from 235 to 179 in time for my wedding. I went up to around 190 after my minimoon and giving myself a month off last September, but maintained that through until Christmas. Took January off for the proper honeymoon and came back in Feb at 199, had a good loss then a gain so starting March at the same mark but maintenance can be an achievement too!3
