    March 1st: 60 minutes walking store/ errands. 1.5 hours yard/ garden
    March 2nd: 95 minutes:2 miles of Walk & Firm, 1Walk Blaster, We Love Dance (YouTube), gazelle, outside walking.

    March 3: Rest Day
    March 4: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist, Gazelle, 1 Walk Blaster: Flexibility Walk
    March 5: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist
    March 6: 4 miles: 1 mile Walk 15 w Leslie, Nick's mile, 2 miles Walking Down Your Blood Sugar, Nadyia's Tummy Trimmer workout, Flexibility Walk Blaster
    March 7: 4 miles: 1 mile Walk 15 w Leslie,1 mile Walk Party, 2 miles Walking Down Your Blood Sugar, Nadyia's Tummy Trimmer workout, 2 Walk Blasters
    March 8: 2 hours yard/ garden
    March 9: 2.5 hours yard/ garden (it was in the high 20s earlier this week and today it was 87 degrees )

    March 10: Rest Day
    March 11: 1 mile Happy Walk, 20 minutes beginning step Jenny Ford, LS Firm 30, Gazelle 15 minutes, Flexibility Walk Blaster, Garden 45 minutes.
    March 12: 2 hours yard & garden
    March 13: 45 minutes Gazelle, 1 hour yard & garden
    March 14: 3 hours yard & garden
    March 15: 75 minutes extra cleaning and also errand walking
    March 16: 60 minutes cleaning and decluttering

    GOAL ACCOMPLISHED
    March Week 2: 5 days cardio for 30 minutes and 3 days of strength training
    3/17: 1 mile miracle mile, total body strength (MM), and 15 minute stretch essentrics
    3/16: 30 minute burn with weights
    3/15: nothing caught up on sleep and parent teacher conferences
    3/14: rest
    3/13: 2 miles Walk Yourself Strong (2lb hand wts) and 10 mi higher weights w squats
    3/12: 3 miles of ultimate walking.
    3/11: 2.8 miles of ultimate walking Monday.

    March Week 1: 5 days cardio for 3o minutes and 4 days toning Goals accomplished
    3/10: 30min Burn (w 2pound weights)
    3/9: 30 min Walk of Fat Fast; sculpting bonus burn; tummy trimmer bonus burn

    3/1 Workout # 47 for the yr. Bonus Burn 1 Mile Walk Party. & 4 miles of Walk 15 March = 5 miles and 2019 - 168 miles
    3/2 2.21 mile walk from Restaurant after lunch back to the hotel.

    3/3 Rest and drive home from Houston
    3/4 #49 Walk 15 2 mile and 3 mile = 5 miles Mar. miles = 12.21 and 2019 = 175.21 miles
    3/5 Workout #50 2 Miracle Miles & Walk 15 3 miles & 1/2 mile cool down outside in the shorts and tank at 38 degrees Feb miles 17.71 out of 120 for 2019 180.71 miles
    3/6 #51 5 Burn Body Fat Miles with weights Feb Miles 22.71/120 2019 miles 185.71/1000

    3/13 #57 Burn Body Fat 3 Miles. Took it easy today on the walking. Unloaded 8 40 lb bags of manure... When the rain stop will start prepping the garden boxes for veges. March miles 53/120 2019 miles 216/1000
    3/14 burned 1,738 calories doing 165 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Gardening"
    Getting the beds ready to plant Veggies and mowing 2:45 mins my back has had it. 1 mile in the mowing area...
    3/15 Workout #59 3 Miracle and 4 Fast miles. Feb miles = 61/120 and for 2019 224/1000
    Will have to get back out in the garden later today too
    3/16 walked 2.5 miles in 4:40 just doing remodeling stuff with hubby, garage sales and walk around nurseries. Just a leisure day but burned 1283 calories doing it all...... and in between all of that laundry too.Workout #61 4 mile fast walk and for 40 mins before this I was gardening getting the the last 2 beds ready for manure and compost.

    28.28 Miles tracked last week.

    This week the challenge is 4 miles a day. Today I just didn't have it in me. Low on food energy and the whole day felt rushed, still managed 3 miles. Bucking myself up for tomorrow.

    Those of you working outside are making me anxious to dig in the dirt! I haven't had a chance yet, but I think I'll start planning my veggie garden!
