WE STARTED PREPPING MOM'S HOUSE FOR THE ESTATE SALE.... MOVING STUFF...DUSTING STUFF... VACUUMING STUFF STUFF . TOUGH DAY MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. ESTATE COMPANY IS GUESSING $12-15K FROM EVERYTHING IN HER HOUSE. SHE WAS A COLLECTOR OF ANGELS AND BELLS. SHE WAS OUR HEAVENLY DING DONG DON'T YA KNOW. REAL ESTATE PERSON IS PUTTING IT ON THE MARKET FOR $250K..WHO KNEW .

Lotsa walking in the city today--great weather, finally!
I had a lot of celebratory eating this weekend I'll have to make up for--- and so I did not meet my goals for calories (though I was under bc of my workouts) or macros this weekend. So.... tomorrow is a clean slate--- working on cleaning up the diet and sticking to my IF schedule.
@steplaj I failed your challenge I ate dinner rolls at Legal Seafood tonight---and pappardelle pasta too All the times I go bread & pasta-less--- and I blew it today 🤦🏻♀️AYE AYE AYE!!! My bad---sorry.🤷🏻♀️
And another week starts--- wishing you all a great week, to hit our goals and do our very best! 💪🏻❤️💫

I know I can, but it feels like cheating to post my own. LOL!
I am off the pain meds now. My mind feels much less foggy this morning and I will be on the boards more today. I'm going to work tomorrow for half days the rest of this week.1 -

Had a really off-track weekend food wise--- and starting to fall into the trap of trying to work off a lot of bad food choices at the gym. 🤦🏻♀️
Feeling that a weird combo of stress and celebration has won out these past few weeks. And I know that I need to focus on my diet again.... the irony is that I made through the holidays eating sensibly and 6lbs lighter. 🤷🏻♀️
Everyday is a challenge we must face--- and life is made of choices.... time to choose wisely.

The “perceived exertion rate” in these workouts is a scale of 0-10 used to measure the intensity of exercise. For example, 0 (nothing at all) is how you feel when at rest, while 10 (very, very heavy) is how you feel after extremely strenuous exercise.
No-Excuses Routine
Start on the treadmill:
Time Speed/ Intensity Incline Perceived Exertion
5 min. 3.5 mph - warm-up 1% Level 2-3
1 min. 4.5 - speed walk/run 6% Level 6
2 min. 3.5 - walk/slow jog 4% Level 4
1 min. 4.5 - speed walk/run 6% Level 6-7
2 min. 3.5 - walk/slow jog 4% Level 4
1 min. 4.5 - speed walk/run 6% Level 7
2 min. 3.5 - walk/slow jog 4% Level 4
1 min. Slowly take it down to stop. 1% Level 2-3
Move to the floor:
• Do one set of 30 overhead shoulder presses with dumbbells while alternating squats.
• Do one set of 30 bicep curls with dumbbells while alternating lunges.
Return to the treadmill:
I USE 5 LBS DUMBBELLS
THE LEVEL IS THE INCLINE THAT I USE
I DO THIS TWICE ENDING WITH A COOL DOWN ON THE TREADMILL

Bit of a food fest this weekend. Met with friends for a pop up meal on Friday, which was great, but lots of food. Slept through the alarm on Sunday....so didn't make it to our Sunday swim session. Ended up eating out for breakfast, catered for friends for lunch and then had a 2 course evening meal. Bathroom scales didn't like me this morning!!1 -
