Exercise: Not traditional, but went shopping with some coworkers on lunch instead of sitting at desk, so a decent amount of walking added
H20: not enough
Day: Decent day for a Monday, a little frustrated with the scale that morning and some water weight gain. I know its water and TOM, but in the moment its hard not to be grumpy about.
Goal: Drink more water this week to help lose the extra water weight.
Question: @tlgale or @AB0215 Can I change my weigh in day for April? Ive realized this month its better for me to weigh in on Thursdays than on Sundays0 -

So, holiday gain was 4lbs. I'm not unhappy with this, seeing as though I went completely off-plan. I'm aiming to lose this 4lbs over the next two weeks, and will then get back on track.1 -

Calories: Over, was very hungry today, the most hungry I've felt since starting this journey, so I leaned into it a little bit without going overboard. I'm trying to be mindful when eating, so my body was telling me it was hungry so I ate more than usual.
Exercise: No
Day: struggling with fatigue this week and feeling meh, so it was an ok day. I think I'm just getting antsy for my California trip next week.1 -
