- - MODERATOR'S CHALLENGE (Challenges hosted by the moderators of the group)
- - INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGES (Challenges within teams themselves)
Team Weekly challenges will be announced in later communications
(Note:The team order for challenges follows the team order in the group standing sheet on the spreadsheets)
HOW OUR CHALLENGES WORK:
We have 4 total possible challenges and NONE are mandatory. Our challengers can do none or all it's up to them. So we have...
The F2F Weekly TEAM Challenge - posted each week on Sunday in the announcements by the team who is assigned that particular week (see above for your week). This is for the F2F Group as a whole.
F2F Moderators Challenge/Topic of the week - This challenge is provided each week in the announcements area. One of the moderators will either provide a challenge that will involve anything fitness, health, and nutrition.
Individual Team challenges - these are challenge done within your own team. You can chose daily, weekly, or monthly challenges (weekly seems to work best). You can make this whatever you wish as long as it's health and fitness related.
Note: If for some reason your team is unable to provide the weekly challenge please let me know ahead of time so another team can take your place or so I can provide the challenge.
Good Luck Teams: Please let us know if there is anything wrong or if you notice something that needs to be fixed or modified. Everything seems ready to go for APRIL. Registrations are almost done and we have quite a few new challengers. Make sure you are going into your new team threads to welcome anyone who has started posting. Let’s make our newbies feel welcome and show them some F2F love!!
THANKS, YOUR MODS

Hi all! 👋😊 My name is Nancy... I'm so happy to be rejoining the WORKOUT WARRIORS again this month!💪🏻😅💦
A little about me...
Started my journey in January 2015 at 240lbs.(I'm 5' 8"). I lost 80 lbs. in 10 months (January-October 2015) and then reached my goal weight by June of 2016, a total of 90 lbs. after I joined the gym and starting group x/spinning classes.
I had regained a bit in 2017-2018 after being sidelined by grief (loss of my Mother) & injury (my back September 2017 and leg in February of 2018). Finally able to get back to the gym after 10 painful months of recovery last August.
Goals for April:
🔹 Lose 3 lbs.
🔹 Get back on track with IF this month.
🔹 Drink at least 150 oz. water each day
🔹 Keep my workouts and try new classes -- add more stretching and rest when needed.
🔹 Lower carbs to 50g or less on cardio days and 100g or less on weight training days
I won't allow the number fluctuations on the scale to upset me--- it's part of the journey!
WE GOT THIS MY FRIENDS!🤘🏻😉💫 GOoooooO WORKOUT WARRIORS!💪🏻😅💦

@Navydaddjtc Thanks for hooking me up with this great team, the Workout Warriors!! I'm happy to be back on a team with the F2F support group.
My name is Kim, I am a former member of this group. I had a lot going on before and had to duck out for a little bit, but now I hope to make some progress this time around.
I am 43 (almost) and have 2 kids and a fiance'. I live in Southwest Florida and I'm lovin' it!
I joined a group fitness gym back in January and I've made some progress but I can't seem to stay on track with my eating habits. I think the most challenging part of this journey is having the will power to say no to the cravings. I look forward to being in this challenge and meeting my new teammates!!

https://darebee.com/programs/cardio-go.htmlTHIS WEEK MODERATORS CHALLENGE
LET'S GET THAT HEART A PUMP-IN WHAT YA SAY
Cardio Go is a low impact 30-day no-equipment program with a focus on streamline achieved through steady burn. It has a simple easy-to-follow structure and it’s designed as a running substitute.
The program is perfect for beginners as well as people at an advanced fitness level who want to add extra, moderate exercise to their day. Each session is 30-40 minutes long. Rest between sets is optional and it can be skipped.
All exercises in the program are standing exercises, at no point will you need to get down on the floor - there are no burpees, push-ups or planks. This program can be repeated indefinitely after the 30 days are up. Each day simply start the timer and go! Repeat the set for each day seven times in total. You can do more or fewer sets to increase or decrease the workout time to better fit it into your day.

What a remarkable contribution and service you (and 💜 Shadow, God rest his soul) have made to the community/society and to our country❤️🇺🇸❤️--and the strength & courage you have endured to face to very worst and come out stronger is inspiring to say the very least. You have such a beautiful family also.😊 So much life to celebrate!
Thank you so much for giving us the privilege to to share in your journey Greg. And for being our 💪🏻😈💥FEARLESS LEADER! 🤗

Wow Greg, thanks so much for sharing your story. Looking forward to seeing the after pic!

Welcome all new Warriors!
I'm Melissa, wife of Denni, mom of four (3 adults and a 12yo). I am a soccer and band mom, so busy weekends are my life. I work in health care administration/finance. I started out as a CNA at 18; now I count beans. I also teach four and five year old Sunday school.
My life has been much more boring than Greg's. My first memory is of my daddy coming home from Vietnam. He retired from the Army when I was a little girl and I grew up in his hometown working on my grandparents' dairy farm. I survived a massive TBI when I was 7 with some interesting neurological deficits. Then walked away from a car accident that should have killed me when I was 20. I had a Rh reaction with kiddo #2. And nearly died of celiac disease in 2006. I know God has things for me to do so I try to find and do them.
I had my gallbladder taken out on March 21, so I don't know what my weight loss goals are for the month yet. I have my follow up while Greg is having his surgery and I will know then what exercise I can do. For now, I am hoping to maintain at 165.9 until I am clear to exercise. I really don't want to restrict my calories enough to lose without exercise because it's more important to me that I recover fully than that I reach 155-160 pounds.

Wow... talk about a survivor! Overcoming obstacles, injuries and illnesses, 4 kiddos, extracurriculars and a career. 🙌💫💪🏻😝💥 INCREDI-MOM!!!
Thanks so much for sharing Melissa... you're story is so motivating--you are a survivor!
I hope you are recuperating well from the Gallbladder surgery.🤗1 -
Hello Warriors! I’m Babs, coming to you from Las Vegas, Nevada, by way of Texas. I am a 49 year old mother and grandmother, bariatric surgery patient (2 years postop) and looking for motivation, encouragement, and accountability. My heaviest weight, pre-surgery, was 245. I’m 5’ 2”, so I was very round. My goal weight is 140, but my loss stalled at 153. Over the past year I have put on almost 10 pounds, thanks to stress eating. For a long while I was consistent about exercising, but in the last 6 months I have gotten out of the habit. I fell into the “exercise=weight loss” mindset and got really discouraged when the scale didn’t move the way I wanted it to. I recently realized what I was doing and am trying to get back into the “feel better and the weight loss will happen” mindset. I’m hoping that by having to report my activity, y’all will keep me honest and keep me moving!4

Steps - can't exactly remember the last time I posted!

3/28: 26,993
3/29: 19,981
3/30: 20,214

We have finally had some spring like weather here and not much snow/ice left so I was able to get outside a lot last week. Hoping it continues.2 -
