Sunday - active rest day
Exercise: 60min indoor cycle, 30 min of misc strength training
Steps: 5001(did some loser laps up and down my hallway to reach my 5k daily step goal 😂)
Monday - upper body excluding chest
Exercise - 168min upper body strength/hypertrophy and cardio training session
Steps: 7001
Tuesday - glutes and abs
Exercise - 15 min run and 132min Glutes and ab strength/hypertrophy/toning training session
Steps - 9198
Wednesday - chest and cardio
Exercise - 15 min run and 82 min chest and cardio strength training session
Steps - 10015
Not entirely sure how this works, so if I’m doing it wrong, don’t hesitate to tell me ☺️0 -

I can’t remember if any of you are in the UK bar Rainy? If you are I REALLY recommend the Pinch of Nom cookbook. I’ve been using their recipes for awhile and not made a bad one yet. They’re all low calorie and full of veggies. They’re all I’ve been posting on my Instagram recently
There’s loads of recipes on their website too for those outside UK1 -

Wednesday baseball
7292 steps, 60 minutes weights
Should have walked the extra few hundred steps to get to 7500! I am going to take a rest day today. It makes me nervous to do it but my body is saying take a break.0 -

I didn't run mine one bit today. I just walked it. Walking works too!
