Hey Rosetigger, when you go grocery shopping and are pushing a cart, take your fitbit off and put it in your pocket. It will still count your steps while you push the cart! Jessica "Make EVERY step count!!"2 -

I was eating a lot this week. I just couldn't get full. I bought a new protein powder with no whey in it as I think I'm allergic. Maybe that will help. Have a great weekend everyone. We have sunshine right now but it's supposed to start raining. I'm going for a quick walk now.1 -

I think I convinced my husband to cook tonight, that means I will have time to workout I have only workes out 1 day in the past 4 days and its driving me crazy, ugh. I WILL workout tomorrow, and sunday I have to cover a shift at my 2nd job but I think I can squeeze something in that morning.
Also I think I may be coming down with a cold. I have suddenly gotten congested in the last 2 or 3 hours. It could just be allergies, but I havent had any allergy issues yet this year, and I have a tendency to not get sick when everyone around me is sick (I have 4 kids and work in a school nursing office), but at the beginning of spring when everyone else seems to be healthy, so it may just be my regular "Welcome to spring" cold. We will see.0 -

If you have a fitbit or other arm tracker, take it up and hook it to your belt loop or bra strap (if you wear one lol) when shopping. It will pick up steps that way. I've also stuck it in my pants pocket and it works that way too.1
