🗣Comments/Goals: Went over my fasting calories today, but I’m still happy with it. I had a pretty stressful last 3 days. Trying to juggle a lot and get in so much exercise was extra rough this week bc I had Monday off and taking tomorrow off to spend with my family. Going to try to get in a Spin class or something tomorrow morning if I can sneak it in so I can make Sunday a rest day. Weigh in tomorrow —but feel like I’m still retaining water from my training AND last Friday's eating at the gala event🤦🏻♀️.

I do have a plan in place. I have spent all of Lent fasting from fries and Twitter. When I finish this salad I am having for dinner, I will not eat again until after church on Sunday. On Sunday, I will eat ALL of the things set before me for the celebration of Easter.4 -

Did you know your Fitbit sleep tracker lights up green and shows a little moon if you hit 8 hours sleep? It’s the first time that has ever happened. I went to bed at 7:30 last night because I was just beat. I had an amazing sleep until 6:00am. Too bad life gets in the way of such things3 -

THE CAPTAIN OF THE BASEBALL TEAM DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THE CAPTAIN OF YOUR F2F TEAM. IF THERE ARE INTERESTED PLAYERS AND THEY ARE COMMITED ENOUGH TO TRACK THEIR EXERCISE, THAT CAN WORK. THERE IS ONLY ONE SIMPLE REPORT TO MAKE EVERY DAY – HOW MANY MINUTES AND/OR HOW MANY STEPS EACH PERSON HAS MADE THAT DAY. YOU DON’T EVEN NEED TO FIGURE OUT IF IT IS A DOUBLE, TRIPLE, OR WHATEVER, UNLESS YOU WANT TO. DAILY REPORTS GO ON THE MODERATOR’S CHALLENGE BASEBALL THREAD.
