Thank you for organizing our team and keeping us all in-the-know, @BonnieHosk85 ! And to everyone else on the team a thank you as well. It’s been very encouraging to read about everyone’s successes and to commiserate about our trials (omg holidays!) so thanks!

- water: 5/5 I think so although ive been so busy I’ve had a hard time remembering how many
- Exercise: yes, 30min yoga. I’m excited to be seeing the changes in my body/ability in yoga as I lose weight and gain strength!
It’s my husband’s birthday tomorrow and there will be pizza and cake. I will either have 1 slice of pizza or make myself a yummy filling wrap.... my family is supportive and asked if I will be having cake and I said no (or maybe just a bite). Feeling strong still and trying to minimize temptations!
I’ve been on a good streak the last 3 weeks. I haven’t let myself make excuses and have stuck to my plan. Cravings are gone. Obsession with bad food is good. Binging is gone. I’m going to ride this as long as I can!!!!3 -

Ha!! Take that delicious Easter candy!! Mom and I went to the store to get some new clothes! I went from a 26 to a size 22! Love all the support here from people who understand! We got this!!😁😎6 -

- tracking: yes as best as I could (ordered pizza from a grocery store so I didn’t know the exact calories)
- Calories: I believe I’m 100 under right now
- Water: I’m not sure but I think so. I need to start tracking as I finish my bottles 5/5 (24oz bottles)
- - exercise: break day. I’ve been doing yoga every night with my sister in law, for 30min.
I survived my husband’s birthday! I had one slice of pizza - so yummy and not greasy at all - and had the tiniest sliver of cake (same size as my toddler lol). I feel great and proud! Normally I sit there all day thinking about the pizza and cake I get to eat... but I wasn’t really bothered by it at all. I also wasn’t panicked about over doing it. I feel like I’ve been in a good place this month! Staying strong!!!! (I know if I slip it will be hard to get back here....).5 -
Exercise? Yes, walked two miles, played DDR for half an hour and did my lifting today.

We had a meal out and then a dessert reception after that tonight, so it was a planned night of excess. I did track everything I ate to my best ability at least and I had banked plenty of calories so I’m still actually under by about 300 calories for my weekly goal. 👍🏻4 -
