    Cals-over by 250, I was famished all day after my spin class this morning and being 400 cals under yesterday!
    Exercise- 60 min spin class at 5:30am

    Goals for tomorrow- workout, enjoy breakfast out with the hubby and make smart choices, and get the house ready to have the family over on Sunday for mother’s day!

    Exercise. Yes. Completed all my planting and backyardwork. Took about 6 hrs. Skipped lunch so I have extra to eat for dinner tonight.
