I'm so frustrated with myself. I've been circling these same 10 lbs for 2 months. And I know why. I've been distracted with unnecessary stuff and let my emotions derail my progress. But I absolutely refuse to give up! December 31 will see me in a far healthier, thinner state than last year.6
