Last week was a tough one. My in-laws were in town for a visit and staying with us, so I was out of my normal routine. I was back on track on Monday, so next week should be a good one.3 -

Exercise? I ran behind my kids for 6 miles today while they biked. Also, lifting and a nice relaxing walk in the evening.

I ordered a bike rack to go on the back of my van today. If it fits properly I’ll be able to buy myself a bike and bike with the kids occasionally. I will still use the time for running as well, but I’m sure they would like being able to ride faster every now and then. I also got my Oculus Quest today and had a ton of fun with that. It’s not the most active pastime (DDR is definitely way more intense in that regard), but it’s definitely better than planting myself on the couch all night. 👍🏻3 -

Last Wednesday's weigh in was a new low for this time round: 136.4 pounds.
This Wednesday's weigh in was 138.5 pounds therefore a 2.1 pound gain.
Normally I would be upset but since it was my birthday last week and I celebrated on 4 different days with different people as well as had lots of desserts sent home with me, I am not going to fret as I know I can get it back off by eating properly again.
My only concern is the ludicrous amount of sugar I ate this past week and a half, especially with my February bloodwork saying I was pre-diabetic.
Can't undo what I did so can only go forward and make better decisions.2 -

Back from an 8 day Cruise! Time to get back to work and lose all that Vacation Fun!
Not a bad gain of half pound for an 8 day cruise. We had fun but I did not over do it, plus we walked a lot every day. I still need to loose the 4 pounds I gained in the beginning of the month to get back to my initial loss, but I will get there soon.2 -
@Stimpy56, glad you had a great cruise! Where did you go? Any photos to share? You'll get those pesky pounds off in no time!!0

@BonnieHosk85, We went to the Bahamas - Key West, Freeport, Nassau, and Half Moon Cay. We had a great time and now its time to plan one for next year!

Back in my comfy range (137-140, I am 5'8") but learning that as I approach 40, I just need to stay there and that too much sugar and not enough weight lifting, even just 10 minutes a day, will set me back. MIDDLE AGE!

Thanks, @Keepingtrack1234. I was happy about that loss, especially right after vacation. It pays to stick to the plan when you're away.
