    Got held up by a black bear when I was out biking today. He was plodding along the road like he didn't have a care in the world. I finally told him my grandmother walks faster than him. He didn't care. He just kept plodding along. He finally smelled something off the road and left. Beautiful bear for this early in the season.

    WoW @sufferlandrian - how amazing

    @JTH11706 - I’m trying to get back on plan.
    I saw a physio on Thursday. My b**t pain is down to weak glutes, impacting on my quads and hams. It seems I run with a wiggle, hips roll out, then knees roll in :D:D I’ve got to do lots of glute bridges and clams to strengthen and try and make a difference.
    I think the dramatic change in Pilates style has had an impact. Until a year ago I’d done 5 years of Pilates where the instructor acknowledged the runners in the group and structured the sessions to help us. The gym has changed things around and we lost Pilates sessions and instructors - replaced by Yoga .... and my b**t got weak :D:D:D

    I think I finished with the lowest mileage ever for me. It was a rough month between my pup and getting the Master Garden demo garden installed. Hopefully June will be better.

    My month challenge of 1250 km (778 miles) for the month of May did not pan out. I hit the halfway point way to late to catch up. I guess I did not plan this out as good as I thought. The next month where the stars (and calendar days) align the way I want will Be July. So going to start working on data so I can get this in and be able to have a rest day or two during the challenge.

    Got in 16 miles of walking & 8 miles from ex bike to get me past goal. I will return in June with 100 again! Life just seems to get busier & trying to squeeze miles is tough!
