@Janet - I couldn’t run a mile yesterday, I was waaaaaay too tired. I did manage 40 mins on the stationary bike though. The thought of changing, putting on my runners and going round the block ...

@k80flec - you can always start your running streak today! There are no rules and no prizes. It's just meant to get people to run more. I did get in my run Monday. Today was trickier as I had a very full day going into the city, starting 5 am. But there was a point where I had to travel just over mile to the train and I decided I would run that. I looked kind of silly in my city clothes but I did it! So 2 days down on my streak.0
