WHOA! Back to it!
I've been off the rails for a while and the scale certainly shows it. I'm back now with renewed dedication. Apart from the scale, I feel that my health is much improved on Keto. Ive been back to tracking consistently (it took a while to get used to tracking again, and would track a couple days, then stop, then start agin) for over a week and feel much better. My skin is improving again, my mood is improving, and I'm getting some energy back.
My "break" was from tracking but just lead to me binging on nuts, cheese, and protein bars. I'm sure I was way over on calories and carbs.
I don't have a crazy amount of weight to drop at this point and am trying to focus a bit more on how I feel. Hoping to tone up this belly of mine 😅
I'm looking forward to an active summer.

Experiencing daily ups and downs on the scale and disappointed that I cannot seem to get below 200. Need to look for that TED Talk a pro-keto nurse did on stalls again. Did take a bunch of body measurements today so I can compare monthly. Trying to focus on health and feeling good rather than mere numbers. Doctor yesterday said I can stop my blood pressure medicine and ordered annual blood work which I’m eager to get back.3 -
