Happy dance! The previous weight was 2 weeks ago, and high because I was retaining water...but this is a new low! Probably haven't weighed this since just out of college, after I lost the weight I gained in college!

In an attempt to change the color of one cell from green to black so I could read it, I jacked up the conditional formatting on the entire Trimstones worksheet. I've posted a mea culpa in the Captain's Lounge thread and requested a repairman as I don't want to dig a deeper hole. Bear with us as repairs are made--we apologize for the dust.0

had to take my mom in for surgery this morning so I wasnt able to get a workout in. Yesterday I took the kids to the lake, I used sun screen for the first time in forever, and I am burnt to a crisp, ugh. that is also why I didnt workout today, i dont think I could handle that barbell on my back, OUCH, hopefully tomorrow it will feel good enough to do something. Its suppose to be 59 degrees tomorrow, yesterday was 93. Our weather can not make up its mind.1
