    Been busy working. I work an awful lot for someone who's on summer break. Haha. I have a second job, but only scheduled 1 day a week, except there has been a lot of call offs and no shows so Ive been called in a lot to work lately. Besides that, I've been getting back into running now that I have working treadmills. I ran 4.5 miles today, 4.5 miles Sunday, 6 miles Saturday, ect. Then I pulled a muscle in my back and neck saturday, and did some light lifting, well that resulted in me not hardly able to move my neck on Sunday, ugh. So I took yesterday off to mend a bit. It's still sore but I was able to run and do some light lifting today.

    Finally starting to feel better. I started taking iron pills daily. I'm not sure if that made the difference or if I just had a bad week last week.

    Hows everyone been doing, I know I have been quiet lately, Ive been so busy, lol. I have been awesome with y workouts, not so awesome with my diet. tomorrow wont be the best, Im taking my family to see Aladdin (Aladdin is my favorite disney movie, ive been waiting forever to see the new one, but was waiting for my husband to get back home after being gone 5 weeks) and im sure we will go out for dinner, but im done with the snacking, and the grazing, that is my biggest downfall during summer, that and that they keep asking me to work 3p to 9p shifts, and after work, all I want to do is eat, and it takes me a couple hours to be ready to go to sleep, but I will be doing better from now on.

    Today I ran 2 miles, did a little lifting, and 25 minutes on the bike, then took the kids to the lake for a couple hours. bummer fitbits cant be worn in the water because im missing at least 1,000 steps because I took it off while at the lake.

    JUST A HEADS UP TEAM CAPTAINS...I AM GOING TO OPEN REGISTRATION ON SUNDAY AFTER TALLIES ARE DONE SO I HAVE SENSE OF WHAT TEAM NUMBERS ARE AFTER LISELYN AND I ROOT OUT ALL OF THE NO SHOWS.
