Hows everyone been doing, I know I have been quiet lately, Ive been so busy, lol. I have been awesome with y workouts, not so awesome with my diet. tomorrow wont be the best, Im taking my family to see Aladdin (Aladdin is my favorite disney movie, ive been waiting forever to see the new one, but was waiting for my husband to get back home after being gone 5 weeks) and im sure we will go out for dinner, but im done with the snacking, and the grazing, that is my biggest downfall during summer, that and that they keep asking me to work 3p to 9p shifts, and after work, all I want to do is eat, and it takes me a couple hours to be ready to go to sleep, but I will be doing better from now on.
Today I ran 2 miles, did a little lifting, and 25 minutes on the bike, then took the kids to the lake for a couple hours. bummer fitbits cant be worn in the water because im missing at least 1,000 steps because I took it off while at the lake.1 -

No explanation for this. Somehow gained 9 lbs from last Friday to Monday. Was hoping to get the water weight all off but it didn’t happen. I’m very nervous for my Monday weigh in as this is Father’s Day weekend and I will eat a lot of clams and crabs and other goodies.2 -

Great job Charles...we're both back on track! Thank goodness throughout my food disasters, I at least keep my activity level up and this week, thanks to the group challenge, I've increased my steps EVERY day!! What's your secret to getting back on track?!! Jess1 -
