Oh heck!!! I'll never learn! A colleague brought in lots of home made cakes today for us all to enjoy. What I should have done was walked away and hid from the sight of the delicious cakes. What I actually did was to have not just one slice, but two!!! I never learn!
Steps 17 Jun: 11,342 - I was stuck in a traffic jam and was over an hour late getting home. Too late to go to body combat, so had to make do with a walk instead!
It was just 2 slices, the win here is that you didn't eat a whole cake. lol Don't beat yourself up over it.

Not great and both nights were spent walking around the neighborhood in the light rain at 10:00 pm . And I had a small event in the office tonight and that got me moving around in the afternoon but not enough.

Off to a V slow start today....just been a desk jockey all day. And it's supposed to storm tonight so hoping to leave work around 4 and hit the gym....not in the mood. Oh well.1 -

Just checking in. Exercise routine is very good but as we all know the real problem with losing weight is calories. I moved, so I have a gym in the apartment complex which makes it easy to workout. Just have to walk about 200 feet and there I am in the new, uplifting gym (no pun intended)
I haven't lost much weight for about five to six months. I know it's because I may be logging calories, but just shrug my shoulders when I go over my calories limit. That's not a good way to view my logging. I have to get back on track. Just sharing my struggles and positives.1 -
