@jessicakrall8 Who knows? One day maybe the world will bring us together for a Trimstones walk and chat session! That would be awesome! I’m so glad you’re feeling inspired to set an achievable goal to get past your current 300-200 land limbo. I think it sounds like a plan for success 100%! ❤️❤️❤️
@kmfeig87 Yes!!! “I CAN” is such a powerful statement when you truly believe it! 🔥🔥🔥 That fundamental belief was THE turning point for me on this journey. It’s time to remind myself that I can do this and I can face all the unknowns... fear be damned.

Chapter 3:
Little starving (obese) dog went to work. Following the giant's lead he took up swimming to burn calories. He joined the MFP challenge and logged his miserable one cup of dry dog food per day. He had his slips like so many on MFP. One day the giant put two frozen chicken breasts on a plate out to thaw, they were on a high counter next to the toaster. When the giant came back from his gym workout ready to grill he found only one chicken breast. The giant looked at his two dogs and knew the story. The little dog's ears went flat and he nodded toward the larger dog as if to say "she did it". The investigation is still pending......

Just in the little dog's defense....he only took one chicken breast (moderation) and was really only eating his exercise calories back! And frankly, the chicken breast were pretty high up, so think of those calories burned too!
