I'm getting closer to my most recent lowest weight near the beginning of July of 124.6. I have started doing upper body exercises at home so hopefully will see some toning!
I've been riding my bike so that is certainly helping with burning calories! (of course I have to eat more during the long rides . . . )6 -

@cossmoss15, well done on your loss this week!! The summer exercise season seems to agree with you. And the incentive for lots of people to exercise is that they get to eat more calories!0 -

Weigh In (early cause tomorrow is going to be a busy day)

Well unfortunately when I went off the rails over the long 4th of July weekend I did so much damage that the month looks like I didn’t lose much.
But fortunately I have had a good three week run and am back on the path I was from March, April and May (June was a maintain month).
1.1 pounds per week for the next three weeks keeps me on track for my vacation goal.3 -

Very tough one as we’re going through a heatwave today but I waited until the sun went down and got the ore weigh in workout done.
Does anybody use the app Aaptiv for workouts? I’m really enjoying it so signed up to the 5 week summer boot camp. This was day 2 🥵
