    Exercise: 5 hours 41 minutes cleaning, 45 minutes walking according to step tracker. Had to charge the phone so step count isn't accurate. Calories burnt: 2,383

    Goal/Comments: My goal was to do 2 hours of cleaning and at least a half hour of Tae Bo, but ended up doing 5 hours 41 minutes of cleaning and having to do some errands with husband.

    Sadly, this doesn't surprise me. My goals for this next week are to incorporate strength training at least 3 days, and do better on my food choices (sodium intake mainly.) For the most part I have been staying within my calorie limits, but not choosing the best foods. I knew it wouldn't always be a smooth journey.

    Forgot to add 163 minutes of walking, 4037 steps. Which would bring calories burned up to 5127. Had walked a little more, but didn't have my phone on me.

    I couldn't get in on my phone last night again to post my mondays daily post so here it is

    Exercise did strength 15 min
    Then all day rest i did a full house cleaning
    Pitching anything that i dont need or use.

    Water 8 cups

    My healthy choice goal was lacking when i get busy i most time dont stop.

    Focus today is on tracking EVERYTHING! A taste here or a nibble there sometimes get by me. Then I wonder why the scale is not moving. Have a good day all.

    I have been off the wagon so to speak for the last 2 weeks most of which was vacation. Even though I did a 5k, hiked 6 miles and hit the gym a couple times while on my "staycation" I managed to gain weight. As of this morning I am 201.3 pounds!!! I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER seen 200 on my scale and I'm a little freaked out right now!!! I need to make August my month to turn things around.
