    Hi everyone,
    Thanks for welcoming all of us newcomers. Sorry for the late entry, but I just realized tonight what team I was on!!!

    My name is Jodi and I am a mom of two teenage boys (I think they are pretty great!!), happily married, and teach middle school ELA.

    I had lost sixty pounds about a year and a half ago, but stopped being vigilant and gained most back. I realized that one of the big factors that helped my success was MFP - this challenge, tracking all my food, and being accountable. So I am looking forward to a great month!

    @JJKM73 Hi and Welcome! We have so many educators in this challenge! I feel like someone is going to ask me to conjugate some verbs....or calculate the velocity of an unladen swallow or something! I'd better keep my grammar checker on!
    @MamboRumba Slightly jealous (ok, a little more than slightly) about this whole..."in bed before 8pm thing"! Do you get up before 6 am and scream at people to get off your lawn too? JK :p

    Exercises yes got in strength 25 min use my 2 pound weights.lower body work out.

    Cardio i never timed but was in an out side alot with the 2 big dogs
