Hey peeps. Checking in with some housecleaning:
Yes, I want to be on the step team! I am upping my goal to 10,500. Got in 10,000 every day since June 2 until August 3 : ( My phone died, I was out with friends (eating and drinking naturally) and I lost track of time to get in all sorted out before midnight. I got in extra yesterday to compensate so am feeling better about the snafu, but still.

Also, Fitness327wk, here are my weekly goals for the first week of August:
1. Steps: 10,500
2. Track my food-I've been bad about this lately.
4. Bring my lunch and not eat the Pop Chips in my cabinet.

I have a fitbit but the band broke. I have ordered a new one but the estimated delivery is between Aug 7th and Aug 19th. It is coming to FL from China. This is my fitbit username anyone can add me as a friend.

Funny that you posted this. I was just looking up different ideas for meal prepping. I seem to be getting tired of the same old stuff. I notice that I have meals in the fridge prepped and I still find myself going to other non healthy things instead.
Maybe its because I am tired of the same ol stuff. So I am venturing out and going to do some shopping later and maybe try some of these new things. Good luck to all! Hope if you are meal prepping you can come up with some good ideas and share them with us.0 -

Sorry I have been semi-MiA. We are moving to a new community which means house moving. No fun. I would like to be on the step team. Goal: (1)13,000 steps/day. (2) Drink 96 oz H2O daily. (3) 30+ minutes exercise daily.
A little about myself. I am a 58 y.o. General surgeon in Southeast Arkansas, however if you ask, I am a TEXAN!!! I grew up in Houston. I have been married for 36 years now with 5 kids and 2 grandkids. I lost 95 pounds and have been working to keep those pounds off. 1. Steps 11,000 a day - 14,417 was 900 short of 11,000 so I asked my son to go for a walk. My daughter joined us and we ended up walking over 4,000 steps.

4. Go to the gym at least 3 times - 1/3
