Wow kind of a bummer, I felt like I ate healthy and was very active this weekend. I did however not sleep at all both days so idk if maybe that's why there was not much change.2 -

I will keep my meals the same as Week 1.
This week I ate 2 huge containers of both Spring Mix and Baby Spinach.
(I also sautéed the spinach with garlic, olive oil and lemon for the omelets)
Due to my low carb diet......I only ate my salads with a few Cherubs tomatoes and thinly sliced Serrano peppers. This vinaigrette made the greens delicious! This recipe makes enough for 7 huge salads.

Daily goal: obtain a magic 8 ball for a more accurate weather forecast....I swear that our meteorologist just roll some dice and cast the bones here....85 degrees and sunny, followed by some light icing and a hurricane in the mix today. That is EXACTLY what happened today. I was mowing my lawn....96 degrees...sunny....1 dark cloud moves in....within 10mins we had a hell fire lightning storm, hail, torrential downpours...it dropped the temp down to 70 degrees in about 20mins. Now it is back up in the mid 80's at 11pm Welcome to GA....still better than Minot, ND....just sayin'.

Today I will go for my first walk. The first time I lost weight I did it with walking, but my body wasn’t looking its best afterwards. I need to focus more on weight training than cardio. 🏋🏼♀️ But, I do love walking. 🏃🏼♀️
During my food shopping trip I bought some protein shakes. Highly processed food, indeed, but I bought them to make coffee drinks. Made one tonight. Very good!
