So good news... mom was released back to nursing home from hospital after 2 full weeks. That had made my life a bit less stressful and thinking that is what showed this week on the scale. Cant wait to get back on the exercise routine!5 -

Tues: yes/yes/officially “no” as I was on a long on-call day at work so no time to exercise but my Fitbit clocked 16,000 steps, 25 staircases and returned me several hundred calories so I think my striding around the hospital responding to bleeps may have constituted being active!
