    Tues: yes/yes/officially “no” as I was on a long on-call day at work so no time to exercise but my Fitbit clocked 16,000 steps, 25 staircases and returned me several hundred calories so I think my striding around the hospital responding to bleeps may have constituted being active!

    So good news... mom was released back to nursing home from hospital after 2 full weeks. That had made my life a bit less stressful and thinking that is what showed this week on the scale. Cant wait to get back on the exercise routine!

    @sandkp, that is wonderful news about your mother, Shawnee!! And also wonderful, but not on the same playing field as that news, is your awesome weight loss!! What a great way for the universe to pay you back for being such a good daughter!!
