My goal for today was to up my walking on the treadmill by 5 minutes and stay away from all the baked goodies in Camp👍. Mission accomplished!😊3

My major goal today was to complete W1D3 of the Couch to 5k program, and I did that this morning
Also got my bike flat fixed... looking forward to taking a ride tomorrow morning. I'm planning to alternate days with running.2 -
No big goals today
Log my food accurately, stay under 3k
Take the dogs for a walk
Do some meal prep for this week2 -
It will be another rubbish day at work today (accounting year end and I'm surrounded by idiots) so my goal is to stay on track with food. I won't have time to exercise as it's going to be a long day.2

- Morning cardio - bike ride (done! 6 mile ride this morning)
- 7k+ steps (lower on bike days, as that doesn't count as "steps")
- <2000 calories
- Beat Saber or some other VR game after work (gaming while standing up and moving is much better than sitting down playing games/watching tv)

I was resting up with my neck injury over the weekend so didn't aim to do to much, just maintain, which it seems I did.
Today's goals (Mon 12th Aug):

Today's goals
Upping the step goal to 15k, shooting for 20 minutes on the elliptical at gym as part if that 15k.
Stay on track as far as logging and calories
Try to get 7 hours of sleep

My goal today is to not let the scale throw me off track, I had a bit of a whoosh a week or so ago and it's crept up a little this week, despite knowing I'm in a deficit. Trend wise it's moving within 0.5lb but it's times like these, especially when stressful at work too, that I just think s*d it.2

Taking it easy today,
• keep within my calorie goal
• drink water
• clean the bathroom - it counts as exercise right?? 😂😂2 -

I completed everything but the VR session. I was super tired last night and went to bed early instead.
For today I'm going to let myself rest a little. Keeping under my calorie goal is still a thing, but that's always a thing
Tomorrow morning I've got the start of week 2 of Couch to 5k in the morning, then going to check out the Y gym in the evening (I joined last night).2 -
Today I want to go for a walk, eat within my calories (lower end of range) and have fun playing a new board game with my friend.

Today I want to survive the heat. If I want to up my steps I suppose I need to use the treadmill for something other than keeping my demon pup de-energized.
Oh yeah and be happy.
That is it for me today. It is too hot to think of anything more. I wonder if the heat will be easier next year when I am substantially less than I am today.

I managed it, I'm really pleased with myself at the moment I'm staying very focused.2 -

I love overnight oats! My favourite way to make them is about 60g oats, 120g cherry or blueberry yoghurt, 50ml oat milk and 20g dark chocolate chips and finally topped with some blueberries.

Everything logged, did my yoga before bed, got 9395 steps done and listened to a meditation track on Calm as I dozed off.

You can use normal milk I am just trying to cut down on dairy so I use Oat Milk & Soy Yoghurt.
I normally use little glass jars, but small tupperware would work too.

60g rolled oats
120g danon light and fit vanilla yogurt
50g 1% milk
20g semisweet chocolate chips
20g blueberries on top
