@NovusDies, thinking about setting a specific calorie goal to try and adhere too everyday. That way I can have a calorie bank too. Two more weeks until my vacation, maybe I will hunker down and refine some numbers after that. Keep up the fight yall0

@jjlewey
If you want an experiment you could try my system for a week (probably once you get back) and see what you think:

You would have to adjust the numbers for whatever deficit you are running but I love this system. As I said in the post though it is not for everyone.0 -

I have no idea what the week holds. I'm taking a group away to tournament. I'm taking my walking shoes and will do my best to walk an hour every day, but can't guarantee it. All I can do is promise myself I'll keep to my calories every day. I'm aiming to get up early and walk but we'll see how that works out with our match schedules. Looking forward to a week away from the classroom!
1st day of spring. So excited for the summer to come. Looking forward to longer days and sunshine 🌞1 -

15856 steps done, didn't end up doing yoga as I stayed at the boyfriend's place, did a couple of stretches though, all food eaten was logged and had quite a hefty deficit for the day on account of all the walking.
Today's goal's (Friday 6th Sept)
> 8000 steps

> Light Strength Training

I’ve had a week off so today is all about getting back on track!
• drink at least 1L plain water
• log food on app (even if I end up going over target calories!)
• get to the gym (even just for half an hour)2 -
Haven't really been posting in here since most of my goals are fairly routine.
For today:- Stay within budget (ate a bit more the last couple days)
- Couch to 5k Week 4 Day 1 (complete)
- 10,000+ steps (sitting at 7k at 10am)

Since I hurt my ankle a few days ago wiping out in the gravel I've had to lay off on my walking but my goals for today are:
Mow the lawn
Finish touch up stain on my deck
Up my water intake
Up my veggie intake
Cut way back on the sugary treats.

Hope it's nothing too serious, nothing wrong with resting it up and taking it easy, I did a lot of damage to mine when I tried to push on through an injury.1 -
@tinkerbellang83 it is pretty sore today so I'll probably skip the mowing today and have an epsom salt bath instead. Good advise on not pushing myself😊1

Not a bad first day of vacation2 -
3 days into vacation have been pretty good.
I have eaten too much but that is expected, nothing crazy just right around my "maintenance" which is pretty high imo. Stone Mountain was AMAZING if you have never been. There definitely is a reason they call it HOTLANTA though. We are heading to the port to get on the cruise ship now.4 -
Now that my ankle is feeling alot better, I'm going to head to the pool after breakfast🙂. Plan on starting to organize and declutter my craft room... it's a rainy yucky day out there so it's a good day to get that done.3

I am on a liquid diet today to get ready for a medical test tomorrow. I may only end up with 400 calories for the day so my goal (other than being happy) is to just take it pretty easy but keep myself occupied running a bunch of nuisance errands that have piled up.
I arrived at my first errand 40 minutes early so I did take that opportunity to get out and walk around their office complex 3 times to get a little movement in today but I think that is it for me on exercise.4 -
Good luck, @NovusDies , on your test!0
