Slipped over in friend's back garden, scraped my knee and banged my butt so did not do any strength training again today, gonna have a soak in the tub with some epsom salts and try again tomorrow.
SO... tomorrow:- Strength Training
- Get in under bed after work to pack
- Continue with basement
- Assess Freezer contents for weekend meals/pre-move.

Awfully unproductive day, didn't finish work til about 7:30pm, called my mum for her birthday and was on the phone for around 2 hours. Really feeling yesterday's fall today, Lower ab muscles and obliques feel like I did a 3 hour core workout, so 10pm by time I got dinner, needless to say did not get around to strength training or most of my list today.
Deferring the rest to the weekend as in the office tomorrow.3 -
