Not good, my ankle is almost healed. No more excuses eating junk food is my issue. Had a interview for the job I do during tax season. I have to admit that this is one of my triggers. My plan is to tend to the yard work, wash car, then a game today. Good luck to all. I will make a declaration that I will lose at least 5 lbs this week.
Peace

@Robandy12345, I see that declaration and hold you to it!!
@shewhoismany, awesome! Into the next decade AND you're down almost 10 pounds already this month! So proud of you!!0 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Still trying to evade those zombies and took an extra walk with my 12 year old.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. It was all crap but it was all under budget.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
My husband wanted to go out for breakfast this morning but we had to work so we went to a diner and had breakfast for lunch. Fried eggs, home fries and toast with bacon is really one of my favorite meals. But I had one egg instead of two (like last year), and one dippy egg only really needs 1/2 piece of toast, I ate the crunchy pieces of potato (the best bits) and left the rest. I ate ALL OF THE BACON! It was worth it.2 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 min? Yes!!
Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes!!
Did I record everything?? Yes!!
Really slow going this week. I’m doing everything right, but every pound is a struggle. Guess that’s why losing weight isn’t easy. You just keep chipping away at it. One ounce at a time.2 -
Good morning! @gabrielgalindomendez, wonderful loss! You're definitely going to be hitting those 310's if you keep this up!! Props to your wife for her support!!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. I was a bit over but nowhere near my exercise calories. They confuse me, so I pretend they don't exist anyway.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.0 -
Good morning, sunshine! Thank you to all who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. Let's buckle down and rock these last two weeks of the month!!
This week’s mini-challenge is to post an NSV (non-scale victory) you have had this week. Are your clothes fitting better? Have you dropped a size? Are people noticing your weight loss? What other ways have you noticed your weight loss other than the scale?

Exercise? 20 minutes walking up a pretty steep hill - don't think I could have even done it a month ago.
Under calorie budget? Yes. AND I found a new delicious treat that's only 100 calories 😍 yasso frozen yogurt bars Caramel swirl flavor.
Tracked everything? Yes, I usually weigh things but couldn't at lunch so tried to at least over-estimate. Had a catered dinner on a lovely river cruise!
My non-scale victory: when I sit in my bathtub my hips no longer touch both sides! I've taken only showers for the last 6 months or so because it's depressing to not fit in a bathtub, but this weekend I was going to try to soak my stiff legs and low-and-behold my hips fit!1 -
@motis3678 that is my favorite Yasso bar. So good!0

It was SO good - and satisfied that indulgent, treat-y cravingI'm sold on the yasso.
To the whole team: Have you discovered any healthy versions of treats/snacks/meals that taste just as good as the hugely caloric original?0
