I just saw this photograph on another thread here MFP and had the thought that this cute photo is kind of reflective of me. I feel like I'm coming out of my shell. I've noticed I'm investing in other people's lives more and I think that is because I'm feeling more confident in myself. I've more or less taken the focus off of myself and my shame of being overweight, and putting the focus on others and what I can do to encourage or help them.5

Bad news is I gained 1.4 pounds since last week.
Good news is I lost 2.4 pounds since yesterday as yesterday morning I weighed 141 pounds!
Bad news is I have to lose 4.4 pounds to get back to my June 5th weight which was 134.2 pounds.
Good news is I am still down 31.5 pounds from my highest weight which was 170.1 pounds on June 1st, 2016.
